As a senior account holder, you play a key role in our finance team and promote transparency, stability and reliability in our financial processes. These are your future tasks: Own-responsible production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Responsibility for the commercial order processing and the debitor accounting of our German locations in Hamburg and Reutlingen Control and further development of our liquidity planning including regular coordination with adjacent departments Responsibility for debitor and creditor management including dunning Support and further development of insurance and contract management Responsibility for aval and guarantee management and cooperation with banks and external partners Analysis and optimization of existing financial and accounting processes as well as active participation of further digitalisation in the financial sector

Successful completion Continuing training on the account holder, a training on tax subjects, a study with a focus on accounting, accounting or controlling, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in an industrial environment with project business, as well as a strong understanding of commercial processes and complete order throughput from order to invoice Knowledge of HGB accounting, experience in the preparation of annual accounts and liquidity and receivable management Safe handling of ERP and financial systems as well as modern reporting and BI tools Own-responsible, structured and analytical methods as well as hand-on mentality and the willingness to advance themes pragmatically and solution-oriented Excellent numerical affinity as well as a high quality and responsibility awareness combined with communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing
