IT (Senior) Application Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and implement customized software solutions in the production environment – including direct connection to machines and systems. You program in the Microsoft environment, especially with C#, and bring your ideas from the concept to the Go level. You work closely with internal specialist departments, especially with R&D and production to implement practical and sustainable solutions. You support validations and create the necessary documentation for developed applications and interfaces. You actively drive the automation and digitization of our production processes. You analyze mistakes, optimically existing connections and continuously develop our systems.

You have a degree or training in the field of computer science, business informatics, automation technology or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in software development, for example in C# or comparable technologies. You have experience in the SQL database area (e.g. installation and maintenance, queries, data modelling, performance optimization). You have knowledge of machine communication and interface connection (e.g. OPC UA, REST, TCP/IP, APIs). You have a good basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented. You like to work in the team and take ownership at the same time. You value local cooperation, direct exchange with colleagues and the proximity to production at the Hechingen site. You will certainly communicate in German and English.
