Activity

We are the joint data center of German pension insurance at the locations Berlin and Würzburg. We stand for a safe and performant operation of the infrastructure, the fulfillment of the relevant legal standards, the feasibility of costs, for economic efficiency and IT consulting. We offer our employees efficient workflows and flexible workflows. The central task of IT architecture management is to design an economic and sustainable IT landscape in the DRV Joint Data Centre. IT architecture management is responsible for the continuous development of existing infrastructures and the modernisation of the common data center. When converting to new, future-oriented technologies, IT architecture management designs the basic structures of the technical solutions to be developed, taking into account the objectives, principles and strategic drivers of the data center.

They contribute to the development of standards and technologies for the DRV Bund and the joint data center of the German Pension Insurance They participate in the further development of a systematic process for building the architecture of the data center Together with colleagues, you will develop the architectural goals of the data center as well as corresponding standards They work in developing a comprehensive information system, technology and operating architecture of the DRV Bund, for example, with DRV They lead working groups and work in project teams with They contribute to the creation and quality assurance of the service catalogue and portfolio of the common data center

They have either a successfully completed university education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or equivalent degree), or an equivalent qualification (for example IT specialist), or a completed IT training with relevant professional experience following the training You already bring multi-year (at least 3 years) professional experience in the IT environment (ideally from the fields of servers, networks, storage, data backup, infrastructure concepts, virtualization, container technology, DevSecOps) They convince through knowledge and experience in the fields of IT architecture, procedures and methods, technologies, standards and products: Linux Windows server Directory services (for example LDAP, AD) Server virtualization, for example VMware Ideally container virtualization (for example OpenShift, Kubernetes) Client virtualization or terminal server technology IT security components (virus protection, WAF, proxy, certificates, encryption, firewall) Automation (for example, Ansible, gitLab) Monitoring/Logging Relational databases (for example MS-SQL, Oracle) Ideally management of georedundant data centers IT emergency provision High availability and scaling, Loadbalancing Ideally ITIL and IT service management

Due to your professional experience, you have current knowledge of relevant products or services on the market and knowledge of control instruments You already have first experience in coordinating project teams with You work independently and structured and convince by your organizational talent and your high service orientation They have good German knowledge (min.
