Project management for large-scale projects in landscape planning, landscape construction and landscape management in the areas of new and expansion of the federal motorways Control and coordination of processes in natural and environmental issues at all levels of pre-planning, building rights acquisition and realization as well as permanent ensuring of the success of measures through project-based creation of recommendations for action and timely arrangement of the necessary landscape-planning and landscape-care services Manage engineering and landscape construction contracts including time, cost and quality control Represent the projects with the relevant specialist administrations, political bodies, environmental and nature protection associations, private individuals and in the general public as well as in the framework of the planning procedures, other administrative procedures and administrative court proceedings Interdisciplinary and participative project planning and coordination with the other disciplines involved in the project and their expert-planning advice Detection, monitoring and updating of budget and control-relevant data and securing proper budget management

Successfully completed academic studies (Master/ Diploma) in the field of regional care, landscape planning, a comparable planning-related subject or comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience and a well-founded expertise, legal and methodological knowledge of projects related environmental and landscape planning desirable In-depth knowledge in the field of the following environmental expert opinions is desirable: faunistic planning space analysis, faunistic mappings, art-protection contributions, FFH compatibility tests Experience in project management and public relations Driving licence Class B and readiness to operate a service vehicle This distinguishes you: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness
