Debt Capital Markets is responsible for the implementation of corporate bonds, bonds and private placements for medium-sized business customers. The IKB covers the entire range of services from starting up to structuring. You are expecting an equally demanding and wide range of tasks in the strategic financing dialogue with companies as well as responsible, customer-oriented cooperation in a young, dynamic team. The tasks include in particular: Creation of cross-productive, convincing pitch boocks to address companies and investors from different industries and sectors, direct support of project leaders Responsible cooperation in the execution of capital market transactions – support in the preparation of transaction documentation in close coordination with the advisory lawyers and preparation of relevant marketing documents (Roadshow Presentation, Term Sheet, etc.) Analysis and preparation of credit profiles and modelling of cash flows and relevant credit indicators Maintenance of transaction databases and market statistics Support in the Post-Deal Execution in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Bank In addition, you take over smaller project tasks independently With us you enjoy confidence and freedom from the beginning: We promote independent and independent work as well as ideas, solution-oriented thinking and action. Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree with focus on economics You have preferred to focus on finance and accounting, corporate finance, corporate finance, M&A and/or banks Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in a bank, in the financial sector of a company or in an audit or consulting firm Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Flowing German and English skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Entrepreneurial thinking and team-oriented personality with high performance, pragmatic approach to problem solving and high reliability
