As part of our teams of transaction strategy & implementation in Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Düsseldorf, we accompany companies in acquisition or separation across the entire transaction process and support them in all questions with great functional and sectoral expertise, courage and vision. Together with our client, we make sound strategic decisions to exploit the full potential of their portfolio. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in the development of integration or Carve-out strategies as well as defining and implementing detailed plans and implementation concepts in all corporate and corporate functions Support in the analysis of cost structures and development of programs for cost reduction and performance improvement Participation in transactional interfaces to the separation and integration life cycle: target definition, value creation, due diligence, conceptual preparation, implementation and conclusion With the help of creating offers for potential customers, e.g. through secondary research Support our national and international clients:in your role as a member of functional and industry-related and regional teams

This position shall be taken from September 2025.

Current Bachelor or Master studies in Economics, Business Administration or Economic Engineering, ideally focusing on strategy and transaction consulting Analytical skills, rapid understanding and precise working Flexibility and openness to new diverse challenges Very good MS Office knowledge Excellent communication skills in German and English
