Our Business Consultant Team from the Forwarding Solutions department takes care of our Lake and Air Freight customers and all projects as well as process consulting around our Fiduz product.

Your tasks

• Self-responsible coordination of customer projects in coordination with the respective project management, from order intake to installation to commissioning of our distribution software Fiduz (ehem. Cargo Online) - Focus on air freight
• Analysis of IT-related requirements of our new and existing customers, development of solutions and subsequent customer support
• Customer advice to optimize business processes based on our software solution
• Product training (air freight module and general application areas) at our customers (on site and remote)
• Together with the team: further development of our transport management system

Your profile

• Completed training for the forwarding businessman /-wife or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive professional experience in the field of air freight
• High IT affinity and interest in software and digital logistics processes
• First experience in project management is desirable
• Ideally knowledge of our Fiduz software (ehem. Cargo Online)
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
