In this position, you will introduce the conversion of an integrated data management system to support the Cor­porate Real-Estate-Management in order to achieve a pro­fessionalization and maintenance of the infrastructure measures. To this end, design and imple­ment efficient data and documentation solutions that meet the needs of the strategic development of the environment. In the context of the imple­mentation of the data management, you will provide a contribution to the legal certainty (e.g. the correction of deadlines and deposits) and create a data base for the analysis and evaluation of im­mobilities. As a project manager, you will work closely with inter­ nal agreements such as IT, law, finance and the companies within the sub­concern to ensure a seamless process. You are regularly compiling reports for the management of the strategic organizational development to the management of the project progress and the results obtained in the field of data management.

A successfully completed study in the field of economics, data management, training or comparable forms the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you have information on corporate real estate management and construction (e.g. business and applications) as well as the imple­mentation of data and documentation systems, ideally in a large business context. You have a high methodological certainty in data analysis and interpretation, as well as a pronounced understanding of the legal frameworks and con­sequents in the field of development and facility management. Current German and good English in word and writing are just one of your strengths, such as average communication strength, especially when presenting complex content for various stakeholders.
