The Association Window + Facade (VFF) is the most important representation of interests in the industry in Germany. At the interface between politics, business and technology, we offer services and standardization activities for member companies in the small team and introduce ourselves to the economic discourse through publications, conferences and networking of actors. For our office in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for one or more Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment (full-time).

You organize, support and relieve the managing director with independent tasks and always have an overview of all deadlines and topics You plan and coordinate appointments, business trips and preparation of meetings and events and support strategic projects You create decision bases and prepare them in professional PowerPoint presentations You take over the management of individual working groups and current special projects within the organization Care and development of company websites in the format WordPress Supporting the communication channels of the association and the social media channels Own-responsible organisation, implementation and follow-up of digital, hybrid and physical association events in coordination with speakers, service providers and partners Control and implementation of internal communication and digitalization measures You act as an interface for our members

Mind. 3 years of professional experience in a position with comparable tasks including Event planning, implementation and communication (online, hybrid and presence) Technology Affinity (MS Office, Videoconferences, CRM Systems, WordPress, Social Media) A high degree of self-responsibility, discretion, loyalty, precision and a keen decision Impressed communication strength and reliable knowledge of German and good English Organizational, proactive, solution-oriented, loadable Teamability and a practical, targeted way of working, an eye for detail Open, convincing appearance as well as safe ways of handling and social competence Flexibility and readiness to travel (prominently national)
