To support our team with 160 employees, we are looking for:

Operational direction and coordination of restaurant and bar Ensuring first-class service and excellent guest satisfaction Leadership, Training and Service Team Creation of service plans and efficient staff allocation Ensuring defined service, quality and hygiene standards Participation in the creation of food and beverage cards Sustainable increase in sales through sales-intensive service and strategic design of the offer

You have a completed training or study in the hotel industry / gastronomy or a similar environment You could already earn several years of experience as a meeting and event manager, ideally also in the hotel industry You have gained experience with more complex event requests Your negotiation skills are strong and you have the will to win You are communicative, team-ready and solution-oriented Your detail-oriented mode of operation while maintaining predetermined deadlines is exemplary You are a sales personality with empathy, emotion and passion Lifestyle, travel and networking are a key issue for you You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
