We are a globally active group of companies in the food industry with around 5,000 employees working at the headquarters in Bergisch Gladbach as well as in subsidiaries at various production sites in Germany and abroad. In our plant in Bergisch Gladbach near Cologne, we produce with over 1,400 employees Instanttee, Cappuccino, coffee preparations, cocoa-containing beverage powder, vitamin tablets, sweeteners and medicines.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for employees for our warehouse logistics (m/w/d).

Your duties

• They are responsible for carrying out industrial forklift trucks, as well as loading and unloading of trucks and containers
• In addition, goods receipt and goods delivery as well as their documentation belong to your tasks
• You carry goods receipt and goods exit controls (Articles, quantities, damage, cargo securing)
• The system-assisted processing (scans) of the individual storage steps (discharging deposit commissioning loading) is not unknown to you
• You are responsible for the transfer of documents and communication with the warehouse manager and external service providers

This will bring you

• Ideally you have completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or specialist warehouse (m/w/d)
• You have already gained professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics
• We presuppose the safe handling and authorization for guiding industrial trucks (guide certificate class B, forklift)
• First experience in handling food would be beneficial
• They are an independent, solution-oriented, structured and self-responsible person and are happy to work in the team
• You are ready to work in shiftwork
• You are open to the IT-technical handling of storage and shipping processes
