Head of Pipe Network HD Project (a*)

You run the newly structured HD project with around 20 employees professionally and disciplinaryly. The organization of personnel deployment planning and work preparation, as well as the coordination and execution of HD construction projects, including the monitoring of the allocated budget, are your responsibility. All operational activities are controlled by you so that You are carried out safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Maintenance strategies in the HD field, the key payment creation and the creation and monitoring of the mid-term planning are within your responsibility. Work, health and environmental protection as well as compliance with business obligations are at your top priority. You actively accompany the technical training in the team and are available as a contact person, and you also support the development of your employees through regular feedback talks and individual support measures. In close coordination with business managers, departments, customers and service providers, you are responsible for smooth processes. You conduct regular structured employee talks. Participation in the standby service is also part of your task.

You have a completed technical study (a*) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a relevant technical field would be advantageous The expertise for gas networks according to DVGW G 462, G 463, G 466-1 and G 472 is available – or you are willing to acquire this qualification quickly You also have comprehensive knowledge of the applicable DVGW regulations and the relevant occupational safety regulations Safe handling of common IT applications such as MS Office and Power BI is a matter of course for you, as well as a general digital affinity You are distinguished by the joy of decision-making, enforcing, collaborative capacity and negotiation skills, as well as a structured, independent way of working. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a safe, convincing appearance are your own professional understanding You have experience in agile leadership and bring a modern, team-oriented understanding of leadership For technical innovations and change processes, you show openness and enthusiasm A valid passenger car license completes your profile.
