Coordinator for Funding Programs and Funding Management (m/f/d)

In the field of “Control and Programs of Promotion” you manage the use of funding for the transport infrastructure in Hessen together with your colleagues and the field management from our headquarters in Wiesbaden. Your tasks include: You are co-responsible for the design of funding programmes and the granting of funding. You analyse cost, time and quality objectives and ensure their compliance. You are responsible for the solution-oriented and economic optimization of processes. You contribute to the creation of new standards and procedures in the promotion. You develop funding rules for municipalities, counties and transport companies in a future-proof manner. In addition, you are active in the further development of software applications (databases) to control and manage the promotion.

You have a completed university degree (at least FH degree / Bachelor) of the disciplines Administration or Economics with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable discipline Ideally, you have experience in managing budget resources and managing funding programmes. In the optimal case, you have a very good understanding in the right to household and allowance Knowledge of how to use databases and SAP is advantageous Finally, you have a very good oral and written expressability in German (comparable level C1 CEFR)
