For our team in Wuppertal we are now looking for a dedicated social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) for the field of outpatient care, social pedagogical family support (SPFH) and mobile support (MOB) First, the focus should be on outpatient care and social pedagogical family support.

In the Social Educational Family Assistance (SPFH): You will strengthen families in their home environment, support education and promote self-employment in everyday life. You accompany in crisis situations, advise on practical topics such as budget management or leisure design and accompany offices. You create individual help plans in coordination with youth offices and document the process professionally. In mobile and outpatient care (MOB): You accompany young people – currently unaccompanied minor foreigners (UMA) – on the way to a self-responsible life. You support everyday management, budget management, school integration or training integration as well as the establishment of social contacts. You work closely with schools, authorities, employers and social services to create a sustainable perspective.

A completed study in social education, social work, educational sciences or a comparable qualification as a specialist in accordance with § 72 SGB VIII. Multiannual experience in work as SPFH. Joy in working with young people and families in challenging situations of life. independent work, flexibility and the ability to adapt to different family and life worlds. Willingness to work and flexible working hours (mainly in the afternoon or evening). Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Class B driving licence, own car and the willingness to operate in mobile use.
