You take over the operational management of two therapy centers and actively develop the locations. You control the economic indicators such as sales, utilization and costs. You lead, motivate and develop your team (30+ employees) – always with a view to professional and personal strengths. You ensure high quality standards, legal requirements and smooth processes. You develop cooperations, develop new offers and introduce impulses from the market. You are present and take responsibility on site. You can efficiently and reliably organize schedules, processes and resources. You are the face of the center, represent our company in the inside and outside and attend our partners and doctors

You have a completed vocational training or study – ideally in the healthcare sector, BWL or a comparable commercial sector. You bring commercial experience and sound business understanding. You have first leadership experience of at least 1-2 years of work, preferably in the field of health. Self-sponsored, responsive working and strong organizational ability are of course for you. You are strong in communication, solution-oriented, motivating and strengthen your team. You have a safe handling of Microsoft Office. You are a team player, you can handle people well and have fun in leadership. You value openness and transparency in coexistence and do not hesitate to make decisions.
