Large and small maintenance of existing buildings Ordering, coordination and acceptance of craft services Processing and pursuit of warranty claims and insurance cases Responsibility for monitoring traffic safety Apartment renovation and modernization Communication with tenants for eliminating defects

Training as a technician (construction, civil engineering, domestic engineering), studies in the field of civil engineering or master certificate from the construction industry Practical experience in technical construction Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Safe appearance, teamability and reliability
