Our service depth ranges from small repair measures, recurring maintenance work to complex new building, renovation and modernization projects for single-family houses, apartments and commercial premises. Our location is Berlin and the Berlin surrounding area. You enter and develop SHK projects in residential and commercial properties You organize and coordinate customer service orders You plan and monitor smaller construction sites and maintenance You co-ordinate our engineer: inside and tune with other works Make appointments, quality and cost safe You are the technical contact for Monteur: inside, client: inside and inside You will first scales, calculations and offers and agree with client:inside and supplier:inside

You have a completed training in the SHK area and ideally bring first experience in service or project management. With your communication and organizational strength, you lead your team, coordinate projects and are a competent contact person for all involved. You convince by an independent, result-oriented way of working, a high sense of responsibility and commitment. Class B driving licence is required for this position. You speak fluently German (at least C1) to ensure smooth communication in the team and with customers.

An attractive salary between € 50,000 and € 58,000 per year, depending on the qualification and experience.
