Technical Assistant (m/f/d)

The Association for Surface Finishing of Aluminium e. V. (VOA) is an economic association that connects the surface industry in Germany. It represents the interests of its members towards politics and business, supports them in technical matters in cooperation with research and testing institutes, universities and associations, and is a strong partner in education, training and training. In addition, the VOA General Licensee is the internationally recognized quality mark QUALANOD and QUALICOAT and awards its own quality mark QUALISTRIP.

We are looking for a technical/in (m/w/d) in part or full time (30 - 40 hours/week) for our office from now on or by agreement.

Membership support for technical requests Preparation of technical topics for the VOA member companies Data collection and compilation of statistical analyses Development of lectures and their presentation at events Processing and further development of the testing of international quality marks QUALANOD, QUALICOAT and QUALISTRIP Planning and organisation of meetings of internal, technical bodies, project groups and seminars National and international committee work

Qualified design for surface coating or Process mechanics coating technology or relevant studies Re-entry and cross-income are welcome Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Very good German in word and writing Ideally very good English in word and writing Communicative being Organizational design, independent and reliable operation Readiness to travel to national and international events
