You decide on the use of the means of transport and proactively monitor compliance with delivery dates. Disposition of customer orders taking into account the cost-effectiveness and quality Creation of daily prices Control of incoming freight invoices Verification of loading equipment from transport companies Negotiating price and performance agreements with the respective subcontractors Processing of complaints Communication with customers, subcontractors and their own branches Ensuring and continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and costs

Successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training First experience in a comparable position desirable Special know-how in the field of forwarding / tour planning Good geographic knowledge Good Microsoft Office knowledge Engagement, flexibility and reliability
