Creation of award documents for complex IT procurements Own-sponsored implementation and support of IT procurement procedures including publication on the award portal Ensuring legal compliance and suitability of award documents Close cooperation with the field of digital services and, where appropriate, external service providers brokerage and acquisition of suitable award specialists Implementation of further procurement and procurement procedures in other areas

A completed commercial training with IT focus or alternatively a completed training in public administration with IT focus At least three years of relevant professional experience in procurement and/or distribution knowledge of procurement law or the willingness to acquire them Knowledge of how to use the AI.Deputy Manager is desirable Safe handling of Microsoft Word and Excel Communication and formulation strength An independent, responsible and reliable operation Team skills
