Contract management: You advise, design, check and negotiate contracts in all areas of an e-commerce business Legal analyses: You analyze and evaluate current legal issues and develop sound decision templates Compliance production: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and compliance standards Legal proceedings: You coordinate and conduct judicial and extrajudicial disputes External cooperation and internal cooperation: You work with external legal service providers and other departments of the company and conduct negotiations with external parties to safeguard corporate interests Project reference: You participate in company-wide projects with legal reference Corporate representation: You represent the company to third parties, for example in contract negotiations and in cooperation with authorities Reporting: You report to General Counsel

Education: You have a successfully completed degree in law (1st and 2nd State Exams) Expertise: You bring good knowledge in the areas of e-commerce, labour law and contract law legal areas: knowledge of IT law, industrial property, copyright, competition law, data protection, company law, product and occupational safety are desirable; a high degree of interest in these legal areas, however, we require Economic affinity: You have a strong economic interest and a pronounced affinity for figures, data and facts Negotiating skills: You have a very high degree of negotiation competence and are characterized by a safe occurrence Analytical competence: You bring good analytical skills as well as a practical and solution-oriented approach and are able to derive meaningful recommendations for action and to explain legal issues in a comprehensible manner for non-Jurists. Own initiative: Their work is characterised by self-employment and aiming Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
