The role at a glance As Head of Pharmaceutical Operations Project Management (m/w/d), you will lead the Operational Continuity and Operational Innovation Projects team leader. With your teams, you will be responsible for projects to optimise best-increasing drug and dietary supplements as well as the introduction of new in Time, Budget & Quality, which can be successfully marketed after handover in our around 80 markets worldwide and thus create access to healing.

Project Management: Overnimm Ownership for the planning, control and evaluation of pharmaceutical-technical projects – from new product launches to Tec transfers to production optimization Portfolio Management: Control and prioritize the project landscape in multi-project management to secure goods availability and to develop the product portfolio in a targeted manner Reporting: Reports regularly and accurately to the management of portfolio status, risks and results and prepare sound basis for decisions

Resources & BudgetCapacity Planning: Planning ahead of the department's capacities and budget, so that bottlenecks are detected early and resources are used economically Deviation control: Monitor the current use of resources and proactively control deviations before You affect project quality or timelines

Process & Method OptimizationStandardization: Analyze existing processes, tools and PM methods and establish uniform standards to increase quality and efficiency across the entire project life cycle Interface Management: Building structures and processes at the department interfaces as well as our external partners, in particular in wage production, and continuously optimize them in order to be able to solve topics efficiently and jointly Tool development: Promote the implementation of modern PM tools and methods, creating a scalable basis for the growth of the department

Education & background: A successfully completed study (e.g. BWL, engineering, natural sciences) or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a recognised PM certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) Management experience: Multiannual professional and leadership experience in operational project management, with demonstrable successes in the development and development of teams and in the management of complex project portfolios Methodology Competence: Excellent understanding of modern project management methods (classic, agile & hybrid) as well as experience in implementing PM processes and tools to increase efficiency Strategic vision: The ability to link operational details to the higher-level corporate goals and to economically manage resources and priorities in dynamic phases Communication strength: Sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels (up to C level), diplomatic skill in stakeholder management and the ability to maintain calm in escalation cases and find solutions Change Management: A proactive way of working with the drive to not only manage structures, but to actively shape and promote a positive culture of continuous improvement AI Mindset: You actively explore how AI-based tools and data-based methods can make portfolio management, resource planning and project management more efficient in the pharmaceutical industry – and bring these impulses to the team.
