For our location in HafenCity Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated process expert Zoll (m/w/d) in the field of contract logistics at the closest possible time. In this role, you take a central role in the design and optimization of customs-relevant processes and actively promote their digitization. You work closely with operating teams, IT and customers and contribute significantly to ensuring efficient and law-compliant processes. How to introduce yourself Analysis, design and continuous optimization of customs-relevant processes in contract logistics. Definition of business requirements and development of IT functionality in the customs environment. Support in the integration and further development of interfaces between WMS, ERP and customs systems. Conducting tests (UAT), error analysis and monitoring of rollouts and implementations. Function as a central interface between operational teams, IT and process management. Technical advice and support for operational customs issues as well as support for tenders. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards in the customs environment. Further development and harmonisation of processes and the promotion of digital solutions What makes you Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on logistics, external economics, business informatics or comparable. Multiannual experience in customs processing in a logistical environment. Knowledge of customs processes and relevant IT and settlement systems. Understanding interface management, data flows and system integration. Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. High communication and team skills as well as safe occurrence in the internal and external environment. Very good English knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing - absolutely necessary for communication with international customers. Ideally additional qualification in the customs or external sectors.
