As a team management, you monitor and control processes in the field of manufacturing or packaging within our candy factory Together with your shift management, you will see the constant improvement of processes and vulnerability analysis Staff in your team will guide you, guide you professionally and motivate You are responsible for compliance with quality and hygiene standards and optimise production and cleaning processes in cooperation with production planning Preparation and monitoring of production tests Support in training our future specialists

A completed training from the food or production environment Qualification to master or comparable is desirable, but not absolutely necessary First experience in team leadership Knowledge of production and process engineering IT-Affinity Layer readiness (3-layer)
