You're testing networks, platforms and communities to identify the best talents for our GTM team, With modern sourcing techniques and creative strategies, you build a talent pool with a focus on the DACH region, You speak candidate: active in, awaken their interest and inspire them for our mission; You work closely with our recruiters: inside and hiring managers to find the perfect fit between man and position; You’re watching trends in recruiting and introducing new ideas to further develop our sourcing strategies.

Experience in Active Sourcing, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, skill in handling tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, Boolean Search & Co, Data bases etc., creativity, stubbornness and a subtle sense of talent; Communication strength in German and English; Pleasure to go innovative ways in recruiting.
