Be part of our team in the green South of Berlin! For our living facility, the Elisabeth-Weiske-Heim in Wannsee, a home for children and young people with mental and physical impairments, we are looking for dedicated staff with heart and good mood.

What awaits you:

• Join your team and attend a group of up to eight people in their daily lives
• You create an environment together with the residents that promotes development, participation and well-being
• You write individual development reports and are in exchange with parents and relatives
• You support in housekeeping and light care activities
• Our day service is divided into layers that start at 06:00 and end at 22:00

Who we are looking for:

• You are a trained educational specialist, come from the field of medical education or have a comparable qualifying professional or academic degree
• In dealing with young people and adults, you are experienced and always at eye level
• A sense of responsibility as well as a high degree of empathy and sensitivity characterize you
• With your open and warm style, you are a valuable team force and appreciates cooperation in a collegial environment
• You are flexible and willing to work in the early and late service as well as on weekends and holidays in the two-shift system

What we offer:

• A safe, permanent employment ratio of 38.5 hours per week
• We design the service plan together - long in advance and along your wishes
