At the site of Mittelsbüren, swb Generation GmbH is responsible for several plants for the production of electricity and utilization of coupling gases as well as converter plants for the supply of energy. We are looking for a dedicated leadership person who wants to make a decisive contribution to ensuring the smooth operation. You align technical and commercial requirements and understand how to keep your employees up to date and develop your team. You conduct the E/MSR technology on your own and guide your team professionally and disciplinefully. You perform the function of the “Responsible Electric Power” (VEFK), as well as the operator tasks of all E-plants. You organize and coordinate SAP-supports all maintenance measures and is responsible for compliance with the E/MSR maintenance budget. The creation and maintenance of electrical and conductive concepts also fall within your area of responsibility. You are responsible for trouble analysis, continuous improvement of systems and optimization of operations. Finally, you organize recurring audits and expert reviews and plan and organize the revisions for the E/MSR area.

You have completed an electrotechnical study or a comparable qualification Your well-founded experience in the electrotechnical supervision of industrial plants, very much like power plant plants, distinguish you You have knowledge of MSR technology, energy technology and project management and bring good language skills in German and English with In addition, you are an IT affinity, move safely in the MSOffice 365 environment and ideally have SAP skills
