To strengthen our area of organization, we are looking for a Process and Project Management - Focus on Central Outsourcing Management (w/m/d) in full time and/or Parttime (at least 50%).

Your tasks: Supporting the central outsourcing mandate with a perspective takeover of the role and responsibility for outsourcing management. Control and further development of outsourcing management taking into account regulatory requirements such as DORA, MaRisk. Advising the departments for outsourcing and remuneration. Care and development of relevant registers, guidelines, processes and internal control system. Accompanying internal and external audits as well as compiling reports for management and supervision. Working with digitalization projects and continuous process optimization in the company.

Your profile: You have completed training as a banker (w/m/d) or comparable qualifications. You ideally have good knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking supervision law (especially DORA, MaRisk and outsourcing management). You think analytic and communicate address-oriented. You work independently, carefully and structured and like to actively engage in a dedicated team. You bring the necessary motivation, resilience and flexibility.
