Support in ensuring smooth data center operation Planning, coordination and preparation of hardware rollouts (server, storage, network components) Capacity planning and coordination of rack occupancy, electricity and cooling requirements Ensuring compliance with internal standards and safety guidelines Supporting the software and monitoring of the operating parameters in the data center environment Maintenance and further development of technical documentation Updating inventory and asset management systems Support for patching servers and network components Contact person:in for own and rented data center areas Coordination and support of external service providers Technical support of external technicians and service providers on site Contact person:in for installation and maintenance work of external service providers and domestic engineering Support for central file servers and storage systems (e.g. Dell, Purestorage, IBM Storage Systems) Support in the optimization and further development of existing storage and backup systems Working with the data center strategy

Complete training as a specialist:in or comparable qualification Experience in the operation of data centers or comparable IT infrastructures Experience in cooperation with providers and service providers is advantageous Good knowledge of server, storage and network technologies Hands-on mentality, structured and careful working, problem-solving competence and self-motivation Teamability and safe occurrence against internal and external contacts Expressed in German and English, both oral and written (min. B2)
