As part of our individual trainee program, we prepare you specifically for the target position as a consultant (m/w/d) of our management team.

Duration The programme is designed for 12 to 18 months, depending on your individual pace of development and the takeover of responsibility. Programme You will go through various areas of our house in a targeted manner and get a comprehensive insight into all areas of responsibility relevant to you. The passage changes with fixedly planned phases of the training-on-the-job. This is thanks to individual internal and/or external training measures at one of our cooperative training academies. Our aim is to provide you with a broad understanding of the different activities of a management consultant (m/w/d) and to bring about a rapid and active impact on already learned content.

After completing your trainee program support our management team in strategic and operational matters, coordinate projects and tasks with the aim of focusing, speeding and transparency, optimize our internal communication through the targeted allocation of newsletters and the recognition of action fields, accompany and record board and executive meetings and ensure effective follow-up of decisions and actions; act as a “right hand” of the Executive Board – analytically strong, substantively deep and operative.

This will bring you The theoretical knowledge you have acquired through a successfully completed economic studies or through a comparable qualification. Professional experiences are advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working. Safe handling of numbers, key figures and presentations. High communication capability, very good self-management and team orientation. Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions.
