Here is the following: Co-responsible for the entire breakfast area, i.e. re- and dismantling as well as care of the breakfast buffet preparing food for the breakfast buffet and creating the appropriate mise en place the independent organization, planning and coordination of work processes Preparation of coffee breaks Support of colleagues for lunch / A-la-Carte business Learning and instructing trainees, trainees and helpers Intake & Input Control and Proper Storage of Food the continuous control of the food provided for consumption under the hygiene guidelines
