Planning, control and monitoring of the production process and its improvement Management responsibility for a production team Staff planning and coordination of employees SAP-based recording, evaluation, analysis and presentation of production key figures Initiation and support of continuous improvement processes and guidance of TPM teams with the aim of further developing the responsibility

A completed qualification as master or technician, studies in food technology or comparable engineering studies Multiannual leadership experience required Communication and enforcement strength Designed analytical and conceptual skills as well as target and result orientation ready to work in the multilayer system, if necessary also on weekends
