From March 2026 (flexible entry date) we offer you an internship in the context of our In-Car platform for digital services from Mercedes-Benz. We attach great importance to digital change and create the ideal conditions for creativity and innovation with an agile and start-up-like working atmosphere. In the Mercedes-Benz Business Development In-Car Platform (MS/PDD) department, we bundle marketing, sales and IT to develop digital products from idea to operation along the customer journey and contribute significantly to the digital sales targets with online sales. These challenges include: Various tasks within a global strategy project for innovative, digital services in Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the Mercedes-Benz App

take over subprojects with a set-up framework and reconfigure or develop

Continuous benchmarking and market research as well as the design and implementation of customer studies in the field of digital services in the vehicle

Conducting user research and usability tests to optimize user experience

Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from development, IT and product management

The team at the preparation and follow-up of (management) meetings and workshops

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Innovation Management or a comparable degree course

Interest and experience in the field of digital services and business models (e.g. e-marketplace / platforms / apps, data business, software development)

Experience in handling Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence

Experience in the areas of digital ecosystems, requirement management and interface functions between specialist and IT are advantageous

Teamability and Communication Strength

Own initiative and the ability to work independently

Safe handling of MS Office

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

driving licence class B
