Our location is located in the so-called ''Eißendorfer Schweiz'' in a quiet, forested location in the immediate vicinity of a day's funding facility. Here we have a good infrastructure with a variety of social services. At the same time, our premises have their own small outdoor area and plenty of space for individual retreat. They carry out the assistance planning and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services for people with disabilities. They provide assistance in internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities. They support basic care and primary care activities (body care and hygiene). They enable meaningful activities and support emotional uneasiness through, for example, the provision of body-oriented offers. They are engaged in the construction of the new site, build up the offer there in the team and contribute to the further development. They design the constructive exchange with the client's network. They support clients in their communication skills and promote them. They support clients in the development of their personal future planning and in the accompanying steps.
