In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced layer conductor (m/w/d) for the late layer in our envelope camp. You take over the independent management of our late shift (Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 21:00). They are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership and organisational guidance of the directly subordinate professional employees. The operational control and monitoring of the processes in the handling warehouse, taking into account cost and quality aspects, is one of their issues. They work closely with the warehouse management and production. They are responsible for the control and coordination of the storage processes, including the goods receipt, the goods outlet and the loading and unloading. They are responsible for the determination, analysis and documentation of daily performance indicators. They are responsible for performing regular quality controls and make an active contribution to the further development of the team through team meetings and employee discussions.

You have completed vocational training, ideally as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics They bring well-founded professional experience as well as leadership experience in warehouse logistics, preferably with practical experience in controlling and coordinating processes in a handling warehouse. They possess well-founded IT skills, in particular in MS-Office, as well as analytical thinking and a basic commercial understanding. They are safe in handling the statutory requirements and safety regulations in the warehouse area. You have experience in handling industrial trucks and are owned by a valid forklift license. They have a strong enforcement capability as well as high communication and motivation capabilities.
