We are looking for you in Mannheim as Senior Group Controller (m/w/d) in full time.

The harmonisation and further development of the Group-wide reporting structure (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow) including definition of standards, key figures and system logic is your responsibility. In addition, you are actively working with operations, supply chain and subsidiaries as part of the Business Partner model. Group-wide transparency management and shareholder reporting with an integrated view of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow of the business unit are ensured by you. Based on analysed and defined problems, you will run action options to ensure a high performance and competitive strength of the organization. The management and further development of business-wide risk management is also one of your tasks. Continuous improvement of internal processes and ensuring data quality in the ERP system complete your activity. Cross-functional projects, e.g. in the field of transformation and digitization, drive forward actively. Subsidiaries support you by providing commercial analyses and financial scenarios. The review of compliance with financial controls as well as the support for annual financial statements HGB/IFRS and audits are also part of your task. Optimization of the controlling function using AI tools is initiated by you.

You have successfully completed an economic study with a focus on controlling or corporate finance. Long-term professional experience, ideally in the corporate, group or division controlling of an international group company, honors you. Excellent analytical and communicative skills are among your strengths. You have the pleasure of developing controlling structures. A pronounced hand-on mentality in a dynamic environment belongs to your working style. Technology affinity, process understanding and interdisciplinary thinking are part of your expertise. You have very good knowledge of SAP BW and FI/CO/SD. Very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you. Enforcement and self-initiative are yours. Reliable experience in the international corporate environment completes your profile. You have experience in handling multiple projects. Joy in dealing with complex topics completes your qualification profile.
