Creation and further development of key figures dashboards with MS Power BI Implementation of data analyses (Power BI and Excel) as well as identification of action points Processing of customer complaints including creation of 4D and 8D reports Ensuring and tracking of causes analyses and corrective measures Participation in other event-related topics in quality management

Studies in the technical field, e.g. industrial engineering, economic infor­mation or comparable course of study Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Experience with MS Power BI and ideally also SAP Structured and self-employed and analytical skills Teamability and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English
