In your role as Senior SAP Consultant, you will be actively involved in the analysis and optimization of the business processes of our customers. You understand the individual requirements of the companies and develop tailor-made solutions on this basis. Your experience allows you to design business processes professionally and successfully implement them in internal and external projects.

A key focus of your work is the introduction of SAP Waste and Recycling or our SAP IS-U solutions in customer projects. You will not only address the technical aspects, but also strategically advise you to optimally adapt processes to the needs of the customers. You accompany and design process changes and improvements, always with the aim of implementing sustainable and efficient solutions.

In addition, you take responsibility for customizing SAP solutions that are precisely tailored to the requirements of the respective customer. You make sure everything works smoothly by conducting intensive testing of the developed solutions to ensure their quality. Even after the implementation, you remain in close contact with the customers: You organize customer training to guarantee the smooth transition to new processes, and take care of the follow-up of the implemented solutions. To ensure that all systems run optimally and remain adaptable at any time.

With a readiness to travel 30-40%, depending on the respective project phase, you can work directly on site with the customers, understand their requirements even better and introduce your expertise.

You bring a (special) university degree in business informatics, BWL, economic engineering, environmental management or a comparable area. In projects, you work independently and structured, even under load, you keep an overview and can react flexibly to challenges.

As an experienced consultant, you have already demonstrated that you can work independently in projects and are willing to take over the role of the subproject manager in larger consulting projects. You are routined in dealing with customers, can lead them safely and communicate clearly and convincingly on all levels.

Funded knowledge in project management as well as in the business process analysis are self-evident for you, and you have good time management as well as the necessary own initiative to advance projects successfully.

In addition, you bring very good SAP knowledge in the modules SAP IS-U, EDM, device management, PM, SD, MM, FI or CO, and basic knowledge in ABAP are advantageous. You feel safe in dealing with MS-Office (Excel, Word) and communicate fluently in German and English, both oral and written.
