Account Manager (m/w/d)

Together with other experts from the Competence Center 'IT Examination for credit institutions', You make an important contribution to regular and registration-related audits under the Statute of the Deposit Guarantee Fund and the Deposit Guarantee Act (EinSiG). Its subject of examination is the IT environment of around 180 private banking institutions with a variety of business models (large and universal banks, Pfandbrief banks, owner-managed banks, asset management and transaction banks, consumer credit banks, car banks, neo-banks (FinTechs), construction savings banks, etc.). During the exams you assess the risks associated with the IT environment and their management. You contribute to the success of the entire audit team and work closely together with the audit management and the auditor responsible for the audit. Their responsibility for the audits includes the independent identification and assessment of IT risks, processing (complex) IT-related issues, proper documentation and reporting on the audit results and regular communication with the audit participants. Their applications for tests are basically hybrid according to individual circumstances (in the institute on site, in the home office, possibly office). You make an important contribution within the Competence Center 'IT Testing for Credit Institutions' to the internal specialist work of the Examination Association on selected topics of bank-related IT (including regulatory requirements, cyber risks and adjustment of business models due to digitalization, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, etc.).
