In our Senior Centre in Cologne you take a central role: human, organizational and professional. Together with your team, you make sure that our residents feel comfortable. You are responsible for cleaning, the laundry service and bring you to festivals and events with organizational talent and creativity. As a guiding force, you give orientation and promote an esteeming coexistence. You plan service hours, control operations and strengthen your team through regular meetings and targeted further development. In the background, you keep an overview: You organize work processes efficiently, pay attention to the economic use of materials and actively develop our domestic business concept – with a view to quality, humanity and the future.

You are a state-tested domestic managerin, economologistin or economist*in with several years of professional experience and related training. You have at least. 2 years of professional experience as a manager in the business sector. You carefully analyze situations, meet viable decisions and implement them transparently and consistently – with a leadership style that integrates your team and defines a clear direction. You're used to doing your daily work digitally and computer-assisted. Trade programs as well as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) you know to use effectively. Cooperative network work with other facilities in the field of old aid is of course a matter of course for you and contributes significantly to a holistic supply.
