Projektingenieur (m/w/d)

Planning and implementation of investment projects (CAPEX) in food production from idea to conception, procurement and realization to commissioning and handover to operation Assessment, introduction and application of AI-based methods and tools for optimizing engineering, planning and project management processes. Development of new production lines and modernisation and optimization of existing plants and processes Development and evaluation of technical solutions and technology concepts in terms of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and sustainability Creation and evaluation of factory, layout, installation and material flow concepts Design of production processes Technical specifications and specifications Considering hygienic design, cleanability (CIP), food safety and machine guidelines already during the planning phase Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, investment applications and cost estimates Technical evaluation of offers and control and acceptance of plant suppliers (FAT/SAT) Coordination of engineering disciplines including automation, electrical and supply technology Ensuring technical documentation across the entire project life cycle Responsibility for project objectives regarding dates, costs, quality and technical risks Coordination of assembly, commissioning, ramp-up and transfer to operation Participation in Operational Excellence, Digitization and Sustainability Initiatives Observing new technologies and evaluating their potential for deployment

Successfully completed study of mechanical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the engineering of industrial production plants Experience in the planning and implementation of CAPEX projects Experience in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data-based analysis tools to support engineering, planning and project management tasks. Knowledge of production, plant and process engineering Experience in layout and material flow planning Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers Structured, analytical and independent working methods Very good German and good English skills Project-related readiness

Ideally you bring: Knowledge of Hygienic Design, HACCP, EHEDG and CIP, HOAI Experience with automation technology (PLC, SCADA, ISA-S88/S95) Knowledge of CE conformity and machine safety Experience with CAD, layout and project management software Lean Management, Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0 Experience in the food industry
