Coordination and central response in the field of time management Participation in the development of working time arrangements and models Examination and operational implementation of statutory and operational regulations and clarification of labour-time issues Management, design and development of the time management system in cooperation with internal and external partners Current evaluation and integration of new standards and technologies Ensuring system-relevant master data

Maturation examination and multiannual professional experience, preferably in human resources Experience with SAP-HR as well as basic knowledge in the right of service and insolvency of the national staff Basic working knowledge (e.g. KA-AZG, MSchG) desirable Professional experience in the field of time management or healthcare Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Responsible, team-capable and communication-strong personality readiness to actively participate in change processes
