Practical service and entrepreneurial thinking - this is the IHK Dresden. With some 97,000 member companies, we are the largest representative of the Eastern Saxon entrepreneurship. Our aim is to actively shape and support economic development in the chamber district. The IHK Dresden supervises, advises and informs the member companies, among others, in the areas of foundation, financing & promotion, company succession and questions of specialist thematics. In addition, it is a representative of the chambers of commerce and regional institutions and is responsible for numerous networking activities. More than 170 employees in Dresden as well as six regional locations give their best daily, as there are a lot of fascinating people behind every successful company. In order to strengthen our team in the area of membership and right of contribution, we are looking for a dedicated speaker (m/w/d), who is legally accompanied and co-designed, and who supports members in legal and economic questions.

Consultation and support of member companies in questions about IHK membership and the right to contribute Self-administering legal matters relating to membership and participation Implementation of the opposition procedure until the statement of objection Documentation of opposition proceedings Development and optimization of internal legal processes for membership and contribution management Creation of opinions and opinions on legal issues in membership law and contributions Examination and defence of insolvency claims pursuant to Sections 129 et seq. Into Monitoring and evaluation of the prospects for success of enforcement measures under legal terms Cooperation with internal and external partners, e.g. financial offices and courts Participation in committee work and preparation of decisions for management

Completed legal studies (min. 1st State Examen) or Master of Law, Master of Arts – Public administration (administrative administration, BWL, etc.) Knowledge of administrative law and administrative procedures Funded knowledge in tax law, enforcement law and insolvency law Ability to formulate and represent points of view clearly in writing and oral Communication strength and diplomatic skills in dealing with companies and authorities Self-employed and solution-oriented work Routinized handling of common office applications
