Strategic IT purchase for software, hardware, IT services and license management Tendering and control of the entire procurement process Observing market and technology trends to identify optimization potentials and introduce innovations Demand assessment in cooperation with IT and departments Price and contract negotiations as well as conclusion and support of framework and individual contracts incl. Supplier management License and contract management including compliance, runtime control and optimization of license models

Completed commercial or technical studies or corresponding training with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in strategic and/or operational IT purchase – ideally in machine and plant engineering, IT services or consulting environment Experience in process and project management desirable Funded knowledge in handling regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ISO27001 Knowledge gained in handling SAP (MM, WM, SD, SRM) and Matrix42 Understanding common license and business models (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, VMware) Communication and presentation strength as well as sovereign appearance and convincing negotiation skills IT-Affinity desirable
