CNC lathe (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a CNC lathe (m/w/d) in full time at the Am Ohmberg site.

Your tasks:

• Machine operation: Set up and operate CNC lathes, including preparation of machining steps based on technical documentation.
• Production monitoring: compliance with predetermined shape and position tolerances during the machining process.
• Quality testing: performing measurement and surface checks with suitable measuring means and reworking of the components as required.
• Troubleshooting: Detection of deviations in the manufacturing process and introduction of appropriate measures for troubleshooting.
• Machine maintenance: small maintenance work and documentation of work and production processes.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete training in the metal processing sector, e.g. as machining mechanic, lathe, tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, CNC, CNC lathe (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Expertise: Experience in handling CNC lathes as well as reliable reading of technical drawings and production documents.
• Mobility: Class B licence required to reach the workplace.
