Project Manager for Biogas Plant Construction (m/f/d)

In this responsibly position, you as a “One Face to the Customer” assume the overall responsibility for the realization of our construction projects with a focus on wet fermentation. You control all the phases of the project from execution planning to the construction and assembly phase to commissioning and successful final acceptance. Your tasks include: Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Monitoring of deadline, cost and quality targets Resource and deployment planning Continuous project control including risk and follow-up management Control and monitoring of project-related supply chain activities Quality assurance in construction Technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors Communication management with internal and external project participants Coordination of regulatory approvals in cooperation with experts Regular reporting within the company

Your profile: Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable technical training Multiannual well-founded experience as project manager in construction or plant engineering, the management of project teams and the controlling of construction projects. Very good knowledge of the relevant regulations according to VOB (contracting and contracting regulations for construction services), relevant regulations and treating contracts Good knowledge of all topics related to biogas plants or comparable plants in environmental engineering and in the field of construction, environment, waste or renewable energies You understand communicating clearly and precisely at all hierarchical levels as well as achieving project goals with your high enforcement capability Your analytical thinking and your motivation to advance changes proactively and in the long term You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
