Overall coordination and project management for the development of the data integration platform incl. Requirements Management, Planning and Control of Features communication management and support of various university clinics; Moderation of interdisciplinary teams Handling of stakeholders from clinic, research, administration, IT Support to ensure data protection, data security and quality requirements according to GDPR and medical regulations Organisation and moderation of project meetings, voting, documentation and reporting

Completed studies in medical/bio/economic informatics, social/bio/health sciences, engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in project management of complex IT or research projects, ideally in healthcare or medical informatics, from planning to reporting Teamability and friendly, open handling of colleagues and project partners Excellent communication capability Very good knowledge of English and German (at least C1) in word and writing Embossed organizational skills, high self-initiative Desired qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) Knowledge of data protection and regulatory frameworks in healthcare (insb. GDPR) Experience in handling funding projects (BMFTR, DFG, EU) and interdisciplinary consortia Interest in ETL processes, API design and data integration Understanding clinical and research-related processes
