You are responsible for the development and further development of transparent and resilient compliance structures and promote the anchoring of regulatory requirements in the company. Regulatory developments such as NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act or DORA will keep you in mind, assess their impact on our products, cloud services and business models, and make concrete action demands. Together with the relevant departments, you translate regulatory requirements into practical measures and accompany their implementation. As a central interface, you combine different perspectives and ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements are consistent in processes, products and decisions. You carry out regulatory risk analyses, evaluate action options and document reviews, decision bases, measures and implementation levels structured and comprehensible. In addition, you advise management and specialist areas on regulatory requirements and create sound basis for decision-making for strategic and operational measures. If necessary, you work with external consultants, associations or authorities.

You have several years of professional experience in Regulatory Compliance, Digital Regulation, IT/Technology and Data protection law or in a comparable function in a technology company or consultancy. Regulatory framework conditions such as GDPR, NIS2 or AI Act are familiar to you and you understand that complex requirements are to be understood and transferred to organisational, processual and product-related measures. Experiences in managing cross-departmental compliance, governance or transformation projects are a key feature. Ideally, you combine a good understanding of digital business models with technical know-how in the software, SaaS, platform or cloud environment. Thanks to your structured and analytical work, you can also keep an overview in complex contexts, bring different interests together and convey challenging topics to address. A completed study in the field of economic, legal, administrative or computer sciences or a comparable qualification as well as very good German and English skills complete your profile.
