For the introduction of SAP S/4HANA, we are looking for an experienced project manager who takes over the overall responsibility for the transformation at the Düren site and the subsequent international rollout. The focus of the role is clearly on finance and controlling as a control center of the company, including the design of an integrated, transparent and control-relevant target image. In addition to the technical responsibility, the project manager takes over the continuous end-to-end control of all project streams and ensures that a scalable, internationally retractable template is created.

Total Responsibility for SAP S/4HANA Transformation (End-to-End) at Düren Definition and implementation of a global template approach with focus on scalability and standardization Planning, control and implementation of the international rollout Building an integrated finance and controlling target image as a central control base Ensuring consistent and efficient end-to-end processes across all modules Leadership and control of all project streams including: Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) Production (PP) Supply Chain (MM, EWM) Sales (SD) Master data and migration Testing and UAT Change Management Your tasks

Development of a clear project strategy, roadmap and governance structure Special leadership in Finance & Controlling Conception and implementation of an integrated control model, including: Results / Profitability Cost center and performance type calculation Product calculation Reporting and KPI structures Control of internal disciplines, external implementation partners and global stakeholders Ensuring budget, time and quality objectives Proactive risk management and escalation control Preparation and implementation of management and board decisions Ensuring a successful go-live phase and hypercare stabilization

Multiannual experience in managing complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects Deep expertise in: Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) – mandatory Integrated processes (e.g. order-to-cash, plan-to-produce, record-to-report) Very good understanding of: income calculation, costing, cost accounting Reporting architectures and control models Experience in adjacent modules: PP, MM, SD, EWM Practical experience in the production industry Experience with international rollouts and template approaches Found experience in: Program and project management (classical & agil) Stakeholder and Change Management Building governance and decision structures Ability to translate complex issues into management-determinable content Strong implementation orientation and hands-on mentality Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Very high level of enforcement and decision-making Sovereign appearance on top management levels Excellent communication skills in German and English
