The Evangelical Church in Baden stands for a community that combines tradition and innovation. Currently, the national church is in a transformation process across all levels (ekiba2032) and goes new ways. A national church “Agency for Counseling and Innovation” was created in this meeting. The Agency will become the central contact point for counselling and innovative initiatives from church districts, municipalities and regions (cooperation rooms). It provides support for the bodies and dedicated employees on site and provides content and process specifications. Your role in the team: With your communicative competence, you are an important part of our team in the Agency for Consulting and Innovation. Both the operational tasks are well coordinated and the change processes in the Church are continuously further developed. Your focus is on support in the strategy process and building the consulting platform in close cooperation with team and team management.

Support in the strategy process: You are involved in the support for the actors in the transformation process ekiba2032. You know the frameworks in the process, and advise different church actors in the appropriate implementation of the requirements. Communication at different levels is part of your job. Consultation platform: You build the central contact point for enquiries from the regional church and encourage the networking of the various consulting services. You contact different actors, clarify responsibilities and interfaces. You care for the inner structure and communication inside and outside. Reflection and further development: You are in intensive exchange with the team and other actors to identify weaknesses and success factors in the process and to make suggestions for follow-up. Knowledge transfer: Together with the team, you are responsible for transferring the findings from the process management to the management level. You are connected with the processes and actors in other regional churches.

Education and experience: You have a degree or training in a relevant area (e.g. social sciences, business management, etc.). You identify with the Church and share experiences with this organization. Training in systemic organizational consulting and/or experience in process management are advantageous. Competences: You are strong in communication and can take up concerns and needs in an appreciation. You have the ability to solve your creative problem and create a structured approach in process control. Personal characteristics: You are characterized by high social competence, team skills and the ability to integrate different perspectives. You are open to changes and can inspire and motivate others.

Influential role: You have the scope of action and freedom of action to make a sustainable contribution to the transformation of the Evangelical Provincial Cracks in Baden and beyond.
